TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings are accepted in accordance with the following booking conditions.
FINAL SETTLEMENT
All bookings become firm when the deposit has been paid and this deposit represents an initial payment against the final cost of the day. Final payment to include all estimated costs will be charged for settlement by Cheque or Cash 7 days prior to the event. To avoid embarrassment on the day we suggest you delegate a member of your party to deal with any additional payments incurred on the day of the function with cash or a credit card.
FINAL NUMBERS
To assist with the staffing and catering, final numbers will be calculated on details established in the running order letter and amended up to 7 days prior to the event. Variances that occur to these numbers will be accommodated where possible but reductions in catering costs can not be guaranteed.
All bookings are accepted with the latest finish time being no later than 12.00 p.m.
CANCELLATION
Deposits taken to reserve a specific date are NOT refundable
